For the economic empowerment of the community, Sakshama is working in following directions.

“Swaradristi” – a musical project, where persons with disabilities earn the livelihood through the musical performance & concerts.

Running the Skill Development Centers, small-scale production & training units for the specially abled people(persons with disability) in states like Kerala, U.P etc.

Sakshama organizes employability & job orientation & training workshops.
